Help!

I have been trying to upload photos for a blog post for a couple of weeks now and it never works!  Is anyone else having this issue?  I've run every update I could find for my darn laptop and that hasn't helped.  For whatever reason Blogger is not letting me upload from my computer.  What the heck?  At this rate I will be sharing our Christmas photos in February!
